The Locals

Our chef, Mr. Oliver Claas, has added new dishes to the already famous and appreciated Mohren cuisine. His creations are adapted to regional ingredients.

We make it our task to combine as many products as possible from the regions of Allgaeu, Lake Constance and Swabia to create extraordinary meals.

We use only fresh products in our cooking pot. In their composition with herbs and spices they offer an interesting and tasty experience. You are cordially invited to get to know these exceptional meals and our local products in a totally different way. Adventurous combinations make our guests curious when they read our menu.

We appreciate any ideas or suggestions – you might even know a local producer we do not!
