On request, we will change your bed linen daily.

Our breakfast takes place from 7 -11.00 a.m., your table is already reserved for you. You are also welcome to put together a packed lunch at our breakfast buffet so that you are provided for the whole day.

Discounted bus tickets for public transport and current timetables are available at reception.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
A later departure is only possible after consultation with the reception and according to availability.

If you have booked half board, we will spoil you in the evening with a five-course menu between 6 and 9 pm. Please take into account our set times and let us know at reception in good time so that we can reserve a nice table for you.

If you have booked bed and breakfast, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in the à la carte area.

With the Allgäu Walsercard you receive various discounts in the leisure facilities in the area. Always have it ready when paying. You can also park for free or at reduced rates in certain car parks. We will be happy to inform you at the reception.

We have put together various hiking tips for you. You can get these at the reception, where we will also be happy to advise you personally and individually. A detailed hiking map of Oberstdorf and the surrounding area is available for 9.90 euros. For your own safety, please note the coloured signposting:

• Yellow: Easy walking and hiking trails mostly in the valley, without special equipment, also suitable for children.

• Red: Mountain hiking trail mostly unpaved paths, partly steep, sturdy shoes and alpine equipment required

• Blue: Trail with alpine dangers very steep, partly exposed sections or climbing passages, additional requirements: experience, surefootedness and no fear of heights.

We will gladly bring an iron and ironing board to your room - if you wish, you can also use our ironing service for a fee. Sewing kit is in the wardrobe.
We are happy to wash your laundry if required (if you drop it off by 9am, it will be returned the same day). For dry cleaning please contact us.

The local bus is free of charge for hotel guests. If you would like to travel further out with the Allgäu and Kleinwalsertal bus lines, you are welcome to book the bus tickets at any time at the reception on the guest cards or, of course, buy the ticket in advance on the bus.

Your bags are packed? Let us know and we will be happy to help you with your luggage! And if you still want to explore your holiday destination on the day of departure - we keep your luggage secured with us!

The minibar is recorded ans replenished daily. We kindly ask you to indicate the consumption of the last evening at check-out.

During the night hours from 23h - 6h the night entrance next to the hotel entrance is at your disposal.

We are happy to park your car or drive it in front of the hotel entrance for you.

You will find one pharmacy each in the pedestrian zone at Weststraße 11, the "Hubertus Apotheke" and the "Engel Apotheke" at Nebelhornstraße 1, both within easy walking distance of the hotel.

All consumption in the house can be booked to your room account, so that you can move around the house completely cashless during your stay. We kindly ask you to confirm the receipts with your room number and your signature.

There is a safe in every room. Some of these work electronically, otherwise there is a plug-in lock at the reception. Our reception team will be happy to help you.

Our room service is available from 6.00 - 22.00 hrs.

Our ski cellar is located in the garage in the 1st basement to the right of the exit. There you can also borrow sledges in winter free of charge. In summer, you are welcome to park your bicycles in it.

Is only allowed outside the building. For smoking in the room we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of € 200,-.
